Actress, singer, and activist Nina Bergman speaks at TEDx. Her talk is titled “Vegan Machine,” where she shares her own testimony about her experience, debunking the idea that vegans are weak.
Nina expresses, “TED Talks have always inspired me, sharing my experience as an animal rights activist and vegan was a real gift.” Watch her speech below:
Building on the momentum of her speech, Bergman has launched her long-time passion project, Fierce N Vegan — a 12-week transformation program blending health, purpose, and empowerment. The program includes video lessons, workbooks, and even a personalized ChatGPT agent named NINA to guide participants. “The app is like having me in your back pocket,” Bergman adds, “to help you become a healthier, stronger version of yourself.”
Fierce N Vegan was born from one question Nina kept hearing from family, friends, and fans: How do you actually live this way and thrive? From losing weight, getting leaner, and clearing skin, to staying youthful, boosting energy, and sharpening mental clarity, she’s been asked it all.
“It’s not as difficult as you think!” Bergman declares. Designed for people with no time, no budget, at any age, and anywhere in the world, the program shares the habits and tools she’s tested on herself and her community for years.
“My program is designed so that even applying 10% will yield improvements,” says Bergman. “The knowledge seeps in, little by little, creating real shifts in people’s lives, just as it did for me. It doesn’t have to be difficult. With some openness and willingness, anyone can embrace this. If I can do it, so can you!”
Born in Denmark with a lineage steeped in performance, Bergman grew up surrounded by travel and cultural immersion, a foundation that shaped her diverse career. Early scholarships took her to London’s Urdang Academy, Moscow’s Bolshoi Theatre, and NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, leading to acclaimed roles in major productions such as Universal Pictures’ ‘DOOM Annihilation’, ‘The Car’ franchise,‘Hell Hath No Fury’ (as Marie), and ‘Call of Duty’ (as Battery). She also starred in recent feature films ‘Cold Meat’ and ‘Chief of Station.’ Her newest film release, ‘Deathstalker’ (an adaptation of Roger Corman’s cult classic), features Bergman as Grendul — and she also wrote and performed the end credit song “Walking Alone.” Her music career includes a six-album deal with Warner Bros. Records, extensive touring and performing, and lending her voice to countless productions.
As a lifelong vegan and animal rights advocate, Nina’s art has always carried a message. She gravitates naturally toward characters who are broken, silenced, wounded, or underestimated and then reclaim their strength. ?”That is the energy of my activism. Being a voice for the voiceless.”
