‘Blue Planet III’ Nature Documentary Series Stars Sir David Attenborough – Trailer and Release Date
The six-part nature documentary series ‘Blue Planet III’ is narrated by Sir David Attenborough, with this release marking the return of the franchise that transformed audiences’ understanding of life beneath the waves. Twenty-five years after the groundbreaking original series first brought the oceans into homes around the world, the new series reveals extraordinary new stories from some of Earth’s most important and least understood environments.

Produced by the BBC Studios Natural History Unit in Bristol, the ‘Blue Planet III’ is co-produced with BBC America, ZDF, and France Télévisions, in association with Skai Greece, and in partnership with The Open University.
The series’ cinematography is by Shelton Du Preez (with underwater director of photography Luis Lamar and Kjetil C. Astrup), with music by Hans Zimmer and Bleeding Fingers Music (including the original song “Into The Deep (Seas Cry)” co-written by Jade Thirlwall).
