‘Phony’ Comedy Mystery Series Stars Connie Britton and Sam Nivola – Trailer and Release Date
Written and directed by creator Nick Paley, the series ‘Phony’ is a coming-of-age mystery series about a teenager who wakes up in the hospital after a car accident to discover his mom appears to have been replaced by an impostor.
‘Phony’ stars Connie Britton (as Ellen), Sam Nivola (as Sonny), Meera Syal (as Sharla), Grace Brennan (as Mallory), Mahaela Park (as Chloe), Maliq Johnson (as Vogel), and Colter Lee (as Weldon).
Executive producers of ‘Phony’ include Nick Paley, Anthony King, Connie Britton, Charlie Alderman, Drew Goddard, and Sarah Esberg, with co-executive producer Andrea Massaro. Production companies are Charlie’s Production Company, Goddard Textiles, ABC Signature, and 20th Television.
The series’ cinematography is by Andy Rydzewski, with editing by Sascha Stanton Craven and Cori Wapnowska.
