Directed by Mounia Akl, in the comedy series ‘It Gets Worse,‘ after being evicted from their flat, three deeply non-aspirational twenty-somethings stumble through dead-end jobs, chaotic love lives, and worsening mental health, clinging to friendship while the world – and their futures – falls apart around them. No money, no direction and absolutely no idea how to get their shit together. Surely it gets better than this, right? Spoiler alert: it doesn’t.
